Pros

Very bad non professional environment to work for, very fake company, they provide very superficial training, the kind of training is video based training from an indy guy with very bad and strong accent with very bad quality, at the end of the videos, you find yourself waited time without really learning something, after that they fake you a Resume, falsified resume from A to Z with fake projects you'd never done with tasks you even don't heard about it and they post your resume in the market to get you projects. after that you get lot of calls from clients and you need to explain what in your resume as a SR. BI guy, at the end you never make it.

Cons

3 to 4 months of training, no training support, no pay, you completely support yourself, you loose money, time and they release you after that after not being able to find a client. everything is falsified and fake, they operate against the law, fake licence, fake practices, very bad supervision under one indy guy that is treated purely as a slave from there former slaves CEO and COO, luck of advanced training materials

Pros

Flexible hours. The managers are very willing to work with you incase if anything sudden comes up. Great opportunities if selected as contractor (but rarely selected)

Cons

- MAIN CON: VERY shady in terms of how they run as a company and how people get paid and become contractors. Seen senior management lying to clients and taking interviews for employees with clients - Extremely unprofessional atmosphere, management, and co-workers. - Lack of organization of company structure. - Lack of resources for employees such as office supplies, desks, phones, etc. - Lack of basic office necessities. Employees must work off of their own personal laptops because the company will not provide you with one ( which is INCREDIBLY stupid for a technology company and for the client data security wise). Employees also are not provided desk space, all employees sit together in one conference room everyday together. - Lack of proper training materials. The training "videos " are bootleg rip offs of an international professor with a heavy accent talking over presentation slides. - The list goes on but overall would not recommend working here. In the few months I have worked here 6 people quit because they were unhappy. Planning on quitting soon.
