The reason they are permanently in search - they look for a genius from 1 minute of work. If you are not a production genius - don't try. You will lose your time. Other reason - they have a long-long tongue girl in a shipping department that is located near a job / production place. She literally never silent during 8 hours of shift and will harass your verbally nonstop because she is boring. It makes you workplace truly hell. HR and the owner will protect her in any situation. That are 2 main reasons why they look for people daily. Not good company with HUUUGE expectations for a nearly minimum wage.
