The company is a good opportunity if you are unemployed and just need a job.
Cons
The co-owner does not know what he's doing. The contracts we work on are a mess. People keep losing their jobs bc of poor management. I dont know how the company stays open. If you are in the Washington DC area, you are required to be on-site most of the week. Low-balled offer even based on experience. Dishonesty about overall company culture and expectations. Zero training on how the company does things and expectation is to be 100% up to speed on Day 1.
