Manpower Planning - FunTimer Sats Employee Review

Despite going through events after events, manpower planning remains an issue. Inflated working hours when schedules were received, however, hours are shorten during event day. Happened many times, unacceptable when asked to end shift 1 to 1.5 hrs earlier. Deduction of meal breaks hours are not transparent. Need to check payslips to determine how many hours of meal breaks were deducted. Raised the issue and suggested a simple resolution how to solve this problem but the person handling did not want to share his/her name. Could not move forward the discussion.
