Salary not competitive. AWS is amortised into monthly salary. Prominent favouritism is apparent, bosses are light ears. Resulted hard workers that usually don't gives problem being blame, no trust. Often use the reason as we are the support functions, no revenue is generated and hence cannot be promoted fast. Due to the easily-being-replace job nature, most of the time not valued.
