Good but could be better - Customer Service Officer Sats Employee Review

Very hectic during busy periods, seemingly always under-staffed. You will encounter a variety of situations that training does not cover, so a lot of on the job learning, but won't be too hard. (this is either good or bad depending on how you see it, some like it cos not so monotonous)
