Pros

Working hours were very flexible - I got to choose my available time slots, its a relatively fun job once you get the hang of it (since its not exactly difficult). occasionally you might meet some obnoxious passengers that will spoil your day but I guess that's part of the experience :)

Cons

High turnover (for my class I think like 4 out of 13 trainees were left after the first few days of on-job training), I can't speak for everyone but I had my fair share of unfriendly colleagues at the start (like for some reason some of the old-timers really like picking on new comers??).
