      Transport provided and kinda low barrier for entry. Good start for your career to earn money and get some experience.

      Cons

      - Hours are exceptionally long, so your pay/hour isn't really high, you just contribute a lot of hours - You can't really choose leave days, it's ballot-based - Coworkers will shame you if you don't take OT
