Good co-workers, great mission and attitude.

Changing their gameplan often, not sticking with a route and going with it.

I would say if you are right out of college then this is an okay place to start.

If you are a well seasoned consultant or higher, I would not recommend this company. There are stuck in the past way of doings things. Maybe 20 years ago. Outsources the wrong functions. Onboarding is minimal or none. When I wasn't on a project they had me do interviews for future consultants. They made me ask pre-written questions like "what is your top three strengths?'' ...groundbreaking. Also the ratings on this website is very outdated which tend to mislead end users who might think this is a good place to interview.
