Everyone is nice at the organisation regardless of their expertise. This website expects me to add 20 words minimum for the Pros. There are no Pros. Don't know what else to write.
Cons
Don't make promises you can't deliver. When hiring someone tell them the truth about the organisation. People usually believe whatever they are told in an interview. There is no need to hide the truth or lie to an interviewee. Employees know the truth about the organisation once they have joined.
