Pros

No pros this is the most toxic environment ever

Cons

This is by far the worst company to work for. Disorganization, no-respect, constant change of direction, mobbing, arrogance and pressure not justified by the vision which is simply missing . they hire 100 people, without any medium term reflection, without respect for the fact that those who are hired are leaving another job, and then leave 70 at home, exploiting the probationary period in the most insane way ever. it's a cult, a ghetto, you have to be willing to do anything, to live with them, go out with them, become like them. the level of people, who stays, can only be imagined, no genius, great followers and no leaders, terrified of the founders. The management is kind of ridiculous. If you look at linkedin you will continue to see the same open job postings since they fill them and then get tired, change their mind, close them or fire people and then reopen them, identical after months. If you talk to any headhunter, they will strongly advise against accepting any offers.

Pros

After reading several reviews here, I felt that many of the more negative ones don’t really reflect the experience within the tech and engineering areas. From my perspective, it has been one of the best places to work at. The atmosphere is supportive and collaborative, with plenty of opportunities to take ownership and responsibility. Growth is absolutely possible, and when you contribute, it gets recognized. Compensation is also a standout point — for the Italian market, it’s genuinely top-tier. Since I’ve joined, I’ve consistently seen the right decisions being made — from building strong teams and bringing in the right engineering managers to making solid product direction choices. It gave me confidence in the organization and its long-term vision. Workload-wise, at least in tech, the culture is balanced: challenging when needed, but definitely not overwhelming like mentioned in other reviews. Overall, if you work in engineering or product, I would genuinely recommend this company. My experience has been excellent, and the environment has allowed me to grow, contribute, and work with great people.

Cons

As with any company, the experience depends on team and manager. One thing to note is that, after some time, the pace of technical hard-skill growth can slow down. The environment is great for ownership, autonomy, and impact, but it’s not the place where your technical ramp-up stays as fast as in the first years.
