Pros

Great team in the office, will always be on hand to help you if you need it Good central location

Cons

If you want to join a company with management that will support you and offer you training and development then DO NOT join SATIGO. The company has an extremely high turnover rate - 80% of staff members have been with the company for less than 10 months. Was thrown straight in at the deep end and left to get on things without any industry training or any information on roles which were being recruited for (this was a completely new sector for me). There was no ongoing training during my time at SATIGO. During 1:1s I was talked at with information and asked "do you understand " or "do you actually understand or are you just saying you are", which was extremely patronising and belittling. I was told on my first day that most people in the office don't take a lunch break and just eat at their desk, I was encouraged to do the same. It is also frowned upon to leave on time at 6 if you need to, you are made to feel guilty/unsuccessful for doing so. Really great first impression for a company! Notoriously poor at issuing contracts. I did not receive a contract until the day I left. There are clauses in the contract which automatically makes you exempt from the maximum working hours per week and which state that your employment can be terminated by the company at any given time.

Pros

I really can not think of any.

Cons

I was so excited when I started to work with Satigo. I left my full time job as well because of this opportunity. Soon did I find that this company is a joke. Very much I felt scammed. After working for 6 weeks the CEO decides to end the job after I had already closed a position. He did pay me the time I worked but never followed through on my commission. The CEO actually harassed my client after he had ended my assignment. Terrible experience with Satigo.

Pros

None at all - terrible

Cons

My experience of the culture here was extremely negative. Senior leadership often relied on aggressive communication styles, which created a tense and intimidating environment rather than a supportive or professional one. I personally witnessed behaviour from senior management that I found inappropriate and discriminatory, including comments that would be widely considered offensive. These incidents occurred openly and, in my experience, were not addressed, which contributed to a culture where people felt uncomfortable raising concerns. Compensation is significantly below market relative to expectations and workload. Commission structures felt opaque, with senior staff taking a share of billings despite limited involvement. In periods without billing, consultants were expected to cover desk costs themselves, which added financial pressure and uncertainty. Job security felt weak. Dismissals appeared to happen with little notice, and there was limited sense of loyalty or long-term investment in employees. The overall environment prioritised short-term revenue over professional development, ethical standards, or candidate relationships. From a commercial perspective, the firm lacks strong brand recognition, average deal sizes are relatively small, and consistent billing across the team was uncommon. As a result, it was difficult to build credibility or a sustainable career path. I would strongly caution anyone who values professionalism, ethical standards, and long-term development to think carefully before joining.
