Interesting industry with great demanding customers and partners undergoing a technological transformation lead by SD. I like a dynamic work environment and you get that at SD. The two owners and much of the senior management are smart, crazy, passionate and goes for what they believe in, which is a breath of fresh air. Integrity is the bedrock of the success of the company in the 7 year I have been a part of it. The disgruntled former employees that uses this forum paints an unbalanced picture. SD faces challenges like any other company but the company promotes positive change and follows through.
