      Extremely relaxed working environment. Decent salary and bonus

      Cons

      Lots of cross team bureaucracy, as to be expected in a large company. Non technical management bad for efficiency

      Fully remote and really good climate. Everybody is very helpful and cheerful. Decent pay

      Cons

      Not a lot of potential for moving up and not great promotions etc. Also marketing is going a bit downhill.
