Good company gone for a toss due to bad leadership - Anonymous employee SatSure Employee Review

Really bad leadership who are not deserving of it. This is a bunch of friends running the company like a group project. There is no vision or strategic long term thinking but rather reactive 'jugads'. Salary delays is another concern and to add salt to the injury - the leadership keeps spending money on pointless events.
