      Poor Management & Extremely bad engineers - Product Manager Sastaticket Employee Review

      Pros

      Their product team when it was at its full capacity before everyone left, everyone was extremely smart and fun to work with. The QA department has extremely talented people who were keeping the application and web from breaking due to the poor code written by Engineers

      Cons

      Extremely bad Engineering Managers and Engineers. They wanted to be Product Managers themselves and would say no to things that would require some work. Everyone just wanted to chill around and every time our sprint completion only was half at max at the end of each sprint.

      - No benefits, medical seems useless - Overworking outside working hours started to became norm - Bad use of AI, interference in other's work with AI pro subscription - Immense use of politics & negative culture

      Supportive leads and collaborative culture. Strong code reviews and mentorship. Real ownership of customer-facing features and measurable impact. Modern tooling with room to propose improvements. Clear product direction and frequent releases. Helpful cross-functional partners (design, QA, backend). Good place to grow skills quickly.

      Cons

      No significant cons in my experience. Keep nurturing the supportive, learning culture. Continue strong mentorship and code reviews. Keep recognizing team efforts and wins.
