Generally nice people to work with. Management focus on new and upcoming product lines makes for exciting times in marketing and product development.

Company seems to always be struggling financially, particularly since losing the MAM pacifier contract. Marketing personalities create unnecessary drama and tension. Reliance on Asian suppliers to perform far more than just manufacturing and quality control seems counterintuitive to the direction American businesses need to move these days. Bottom line is that it's a difficult industry and working at Sassy comes with higher than average career risks.
