Pros

Sasser Family Companies truly values company, team, and individual growth. We have an amazing workplace culture driven by open communication, feedback, collaboration, and common goals. It’s inspiring to work alongside such a dedicated and passionate team of professionals. With the transition to remote work during the pandemic, the company has continued to invest in training and technology to keep us connected and engaged. Our Remote Work Engagement Committee hosts fun events several times per month, while our Change for the Better charity foundation continues to support our communities. It’s amazing to be a part of a company with such a rich history while at the same time seeing the exciting & innovative new work that our team does each day. I’m proud to work at Sasser!

Cons

Our team is lean and employees wear multiple hats within the company, so workload can be heavy especially at peak seasons. Luckily, team members are always willing to go the extra mile to help each other, and the responsibility allows plentiful opportunities for learning and both personal and professional growth.
