Not a go-to company for mid-levels (7 to 20 yrs) - Anonymous employee Sasken Employee Review

It is tough time for mid-career personnel. Banglore has a different culture but other satellite office like Chennai, Kolkata are pathetic as these are just setup for ODC purposes. Employee from ch nd Kol are sold off to client companies like gladiators. Contracts are signed without SoW blindly even without resources at hand. Employees are mandated to deliver story points like loan amortization chart for previous months due even they join today. Sometimes Due to work load, there might be few lapse in delivery for a week which is raised as concern by Client, immediately resources will be on PIP even they are 13plus yrs of experience.Poor work conditions like no monitor, no WiFi, no adequate seating and limited parking slots yet we are asked to be office for 3 days a week. No on time appraisal every year ,no proper one on one feedback. Appraisal results are informed over 25 sec telephonic call nd closed without our consent. IT admin's rude behaviour has offended many employees at Chennai facility which was never addressed or corrected.
