Pros

Some very nice people at the company

Cons

the bean counters have taken over. micro management is getting too much. PMO is insane. professionals are tracked by the minute. you gotta account for your whole day and log what you did or you will not get paid. developers, business analysts, quality assurance, and project managers, architects, stay away from this place. you can make more money more easily at any other place. this is not worth it. turn over for these roles is very high and for good reasons. no body works here for long. stay away. oh and you can't work from home. seriously. people are not allowed to work from home.

Pros

Very positive culture overall, the majority of employees are genuinely invested in the work that they do and the success of their teams. The pay and benefits are very good, in fact better than some of the other crowns in the province. There is quite a bit of future opportunity here. They are welcoming and have created a diverse environment that is not expected for the location of offices.

Cons

There is a disconnect at times between regional offices and head office. There are a lot of projects and committees, and maybe not enough strength across the board to carry that load. The levels of approval needed for projects tends to bog down the speed of work and innovation within.
