Very positive culture overall, the majority of employees are genuinely invested in the work that they do and the success of their teams.
The pay and benefits are very good, in fact better than some of the other crowns in the province.
There is quite a bit of future opportunity here.
They are welcoming and have created a diverse environment that is not expected for the location of offices.

There is a disconnect at times between regional offices and head office.
There are a lot of projects and committees, and maybe not enough strength across the board to carry that load.
The levels of approval needed for projects tends to bog down the speed of work and innovation within.
