Their private label "Curaplex" brand has several substandard product offerings wrought with quality issues. Although many Account Managers have reported issues with this product line, the Leadership continues to downplay, mask, and outright cover the problems. This private label brand carries the highest profit margins across the entire product offering, so it's pretty easy to see their motivation to push these products, regardless of quality. They actually pay the Sales Staff extra commission to sell it, a tool to further discourage the reporting of issues and concerns.
The turnover remains high, even with solid pay. Numerous employees continue to search for a way out, only bound to them by a very challenging job market.
