- No process at all. - No career path in the horizon. - The learning curve is not guaranteed to keep increasing. - If you follow the day-to-day tasks, you may get rusty and fall behind in the cutting-edge technology race. (self-learning is your lifeboat) - Management issues here and there. - In recent months, more employees are leaving. And still no actions taken.
