I’ve worked at Sargento longer than any other job for a reason. They are advanced in their education program that can help in personal and career goals. So we can have less dependency on Government programs. Even with their advancement in technology they seem to be able to not hurt current employee status. The people who work for Sargento are some of the best people I have ever met or worked with. They are caring and supportive both as an employer and the everyday employees. Also the safety of the employees is a top priority.
