Pros

Exposure to complex heavy-lifting projects. Opportunities to work with skilled operators and engineers.

Cons

The salary is significantly below the industry standard and lower than that of other local heavy-lift companies in Indonesia, making it difficult to feel valued for the level of responsibility and expertise required. Office politics and favoritism hinder career growth, with progression often depending on whether your boss likes or dislikes you. Although the position carries the title “Engineer,” in practice much of the work involves drafting in AutoCAD — sketching cranes or SPMT and simply checking their capacities — tasks more suited to a DRAFTER. This reflects a lack of genuine engineering involvement and provides limited opportunities to apply or develop technical expertise. The company often hires fresh graduates or junior staff to cut costs, rather than bringing in experienced professionals, since much of the work is more like easy drafting than real engineering — a classic case of cost-cutting capitalism.

Pros

If you have no experience, you can go to serens. They will hire anybody.

Cons

This is a company that is micromanaged from England even though they are in the United States with several branches through the United States. But is micromanaged from a few people that are all English from England and have no experience being in the United States? I've watched this company fall apart. Twice in 4 years to wear, the management completely falls out and the whole company quits. But a few people my time working there. This company has not been able to pay any of the bills and has had all the trucks and trailers.Reposed they cannot buy parts our supplies for the shops are the trucks. They don't spend any money on rigging, are repairs? For the cranes, which makes it unsafe for the public and the drivers and the operators, they have no safety department. They have a few people that run all the branches as satellites from the Houston yard. If if this company makes an agreement with you, you make sure you have it in writing or in an email because this company will backslide on everything they tell you as soon as the company Develops a problem in your area. They will renig on any offers. They gave you in lesson writing, and this company he has a problem accepting their own failures. And it's quick to blame it on everybody and anybody but themselves the only ones making money at this company is the c. EO with 40 hours a week, and after 40 hours are the jobs done or if there's no work, you don't work hard to stay employed? For forty hours at this company.
