Pros

– The company has a lot of great resources and tools that are available to employees to help them do their job well. – The company has a good reputation in the industry, which can be beneficial for employees who are looking to advance their career. – The company offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. – The work itself can be interesting and challenging, with opportunities for employees to take on new projects and develop new skills.

Cons

– The company culture is not very positive (bro-like), with little emphasis on employee engagement, wide recognition, or work-life balance. – Management is often distant and disconnected from employees, leading to communication breakdowns and a lack of transparency. – Not a bad place, but it's not an environment that will support every worker, only those who have startup experience and know how to work the angles.

Pros

- lots of freedom - very good, and competitive product with great product market fit - good leadership - colleagues are supportive

Cons

- very fast paced environment, and can be a steep learning curve given the breadth of product - not required, but definitely helpful to have experience in fraud, payments and/or compliance - work can be extremely busy (long hours)

Pros

Solid benefits and salary, company on-sites. The people are great, it’s a unique and very complex product. Encourages innovation.

Cons

There’s no work life balance whatsoever. If the CEO is working until 2-3 am you better be too or you can expect getting yelled at the next day. While fraud doesn’t ever stop, the top down leadership encourages working insane hours every single day. This isn’t one off, the whole company across all departments is consistently working 12 hour days every day. It’s incredibly unhealthy. Great people, but I’ve never worked with so many miserable people in their job because of leadership. Several folks across teams experiencing health issues from the burnout and stress. Certain folks with tenure are protected. Terrible culture. The CEO is so involved day to day, all more reason you have no free time. It’s all so toxic and the business model isn’t sustainable.
