The people here are fantastic. All hard working and passionate people Head office is in Korea but North American division has full autonomy to do what we need to do The products are fantastic, tons of happy customers Company really takes customer experience seriously, the management practices what they preach

Better collaboration between Korea and North America, the head office can be secretive at times about new products etc.. Discounts for employees - why we don't offer discounts to our own employees is beyond me Company is too lean, we're moving so quickly and everyone is working hard. We need more resources

Amazing team, some of the happiest customers I have ever worked with, company is run really well and makes my job easy and fun. Awesome management and they provide so much info for us to give the customers which makes them really happy and makes my life easy! They also promote from within which I find few companies do anymore.

Long hours but they do compensate for them which is awesome. Company is growing really really fast and it wouldn't hurt for them to hire more people to help.
