Exciting environment and very talented and supportive colleagues who care about how you're doing. The work itself is fulfilling and there's a feel of purpose as you get to employ people that might have had problems in that area or who are changing careers. Interesting recruitment projects to work on. Lot of responsibility and independency on doing things the way you see the best.

The goals are way too high at least when I was there. You can't reach them on usual work time and you have to work overtime to even have a chance on filling them. Feedback isn't received well in the management level. Pay is relatively low. I heard quite many burnout stories from people working there.

Great atmosphere, team work culture, positive and warm people all through to the management. The day-to-day work is very meaningful.

Too much work and pressure are put on employees with compensation that wasn't on par. Targets didn't have the flexibility to be considered against the market situation. Workload was unevenly distributed, sales org was a mess.
