Unprofessional environment - Intern - Hourly Sarah's Inn Employee Review

The environment was toxic and unprofessional. Staff sat on their phones and computers while interns did the bulk of the "grunt" work. They took advantage of interns, gossiped about interns, and overall, created an uncomfortable environment to be a part of. There are multiple departments with interns. Interns from all departments have vocalized struggling with the toxic culture and said they would not recommend interning here.
