Pros
Learning initiative of management is good but the process followed is totally inappropriate.
Cons
Its a worst pay master, tries to get the unemployed manpower on lesser salary packages due to which everyone can understand each and every employee here is just passing his/her time and ultimately affecting the company.
No proper Recruitment procedure, no PMS done, All done on biased basis.
Not leaving any opportunity to harass the employee.
Working time of 10 hours (7:30am to 5:30 pm)
Holding the Full & Final settlements, not clearing the dues of the employees, no bonus, no gratuity.
Giving fake reviews on GOOGLE by forcing employees to write good reviews on the said platforms.
All are requested to check before signing in the organization.
