The people at this company are extremely friendly and want each other to succeed. Most of us wear multiple hats, so we all play a part in the overall process. The office culture promotes friendships and a good work life balance.
Cons
The owner and CEO works with a top down mentality. If he was more receptive to teamwork and not using his ideas as the clear answer, I believe the company's growth could be better than it is.
