Lack of direction and leadership. Seeming clearly outweights being. Endless decision cycles and clueless, mediocre middle-management. Wind-driven requirements make most of the work pointless and frustrating over time. Many employees just want to avoid work. People can do nearly nothing for months without consequence. People will stab you in the back to move up the corporate ladder. Becoming a hive of brown nosers.
