There is no benefit in working in such a company. You will feel demotivated and stressed out. They create unnecessary pressure on the employees.

1. Fraud company 2. Make you sign a bond of 2.6 years. All the clauses are in the company's favor and many are disclosed after signing the bond. 3. No increments. 4. Overtime without any perks or incentives. 5. Only those people can survive who have the talent to butter up their bosses. People who are there in the company since many years enjoy their stay by overburdening the other employees. 6. Poor management and no HR policies. 7. They have only 1 client. No management of work. Use the worst coding practices. 8. Manager and management people keep on staring the female employees which can be very uncomfortable. 9. half day salary gets deducted for being 5 minutes late. 10. Complete dictatorship of the owners of the company. The list is endless so please do not fall prey to such companies. They will promise big things but the reality is really horrifying.

Bond duration is very high 2.6 yr bond + 3month notice period....They have only 1 client and they will choose you on the basis of java but later they will put you in open text technology which has no scope in india at all....If you google about open text you will find out all information about it...They force you to learn open text as you sign a bond so you have no other option...Starting salary is very low...And increment will be done after 1 yr...But before that they will torture you and tell you that you are not a good employee and your performance is very bad so that increment could be low ..this is all company strategy...So don't join this company

If you are java developer ....Don't join this company...They will choose you on the basis of java but put you in open text technology... They don't have work on java ...They just work in open text technology
