      1. Good Work Culture. 2. Supportive teams. 3. Balanced work life. 4. Flexibility.

      Cons

      1. HR team is not supportive. 2. They want to hire you on minimum budget (50% or less then the allotted max budget for the position). 3. Very low hike even if you give your 110% of your potential. 4. Not much opportunity to learn new technologies and skills. 5. No one want to listen or follow your idea even your idea is best.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
