      Pros

      The way sapiens is doing is bad

      Cons

      Israel management is doing bloodshed of Indian people, they don't care about indian employees. Sapiens is a small company and laid off many people and still they are hiring. Does it make sense? Whatever has happened with us today its not good. Despite working hard, they are giving silly reasons to fire and without any official notice they have fired.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
