outdated technology Israeli leads and managers will act like legends and they will treat Indian people as slaves. They will not try to listen what we are saying at least. leave policy is worst - especially during pandemic time ..they are not even added medical leaves and forced us to put LOP. Most of them are suffered because of this. Poor HR team - india -- if you ask some query, the reply will be after one week and they don't care about employees. and the worst thing is we don't know whom to complain regarding HR team Performance bonus - not sure how they will calculate the things .For 2021 bonus they promised some thing in mail like 100% will be given for certain rating but while giving bonus nothing is there and if you ask any reason we will not receive any reply --- they will not stick to their words transportation is toooo worst and at the same time charge is too high.
