*Old technologies - has their own framework-> not have any use of such experience out side of the organization. *Managers -> Consider employees as machine , Don't give credit to your work(You did the complete work in background but managers even don't bother to put you aside and take complete credit) *No increment (negligible if given) - increment is only for managers not subordinates *Not have a dedicated training department(for nearly all projects)- any one who has some free time comes and conduct session on anything. *Salary- As per workload its below standard level, salary diff between 4 yr developer and 2 yr nearly same. *micro level management *
