Pros
- Might get ample learning opportunities - Pay is good - For employees with greater years of experience, they might approve WFH.
Cons
- No work life balance, although it depends on the team that you are part of. Sometimes you might have all the time in the world coz there will be no work at all. - You might not find any time to improve your skills. - Low work satisfaction since most often they compel you to compromise on quality of your deliverable, only to deliver quickly. - HR policies are horrible, meant to help leadership, not the employees. - HRs are myrmidons of the leadership, and if you reach out to them with grievances you directly go into their bad books. P.S: They don't share the F&F statement (which they promise to do before you leave) and go absolutely unresponsive when you try to reach out to them.
