      Have different ways to advance between roles inside the company. At time very stable position. Opened to ideas to be improve

      Low investment in employees (trips, salary increase, events etc.) Have internal technologies and not new technologies.

      Great people prior to the change in administration.

      Cons

      Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
