Nice office in central location with many good amenities close by, many friendly and supportive colleagues, good place to start out, company brings in outside lunch providers, social events are well-planned in advance, international with multiple offices in the world
Cons
team leads vary between kind/professional to unreasonably demanding, overtime is not paid properly and not on a varying rate, asking for help is not recommended in many regards, teams tend to argue over ownership of issues, can be forced to switch teams without prior knowledge or time to prepare, information between colleagues is not shared properly and not communicated well enough, poor training in terms of length, not open to innovations, limited software options, team leads unwilling to assist in simple tasks to help in long run, poor and incorrect documentation which constantly changes
