Pros

1. Theres 70% staff discount if you like their products or know someone who does. 2. There were a few people in the office who were lovely and tried their best to help me as a new starter.

Cons

1. If you're looking at their 'Creative Artworker / Designer' job description online, completely ignore everything it says and imagine the role as being that of a product photographer and occasional social media post designer. 2. There is no mention of photography at all in the job posting yet you will be expected to take and edit photos for 8 hours per day. 3. After being hired as a "designer" you will only be given the privilege of designing anything if you master their product photography expectations, despite your lack of product photography experience. 3. You will be micromanaged to the extreme. 4. Previous experience and qualifications count for nothing here, you will be treat like you have 0 knowledge and shown how to use CC from the basics. 5. Forget everything you already know about design because you're way of doing things is wrong and only their way is the right way. 6. Expect 0 respect from higher management and to be spoken to like a child. 7. The office environment is silent, miserable and severely demotivating. 8. There will be rules for you as the newbie and rules for those who have been with the company longer. If someone who has been there longer messes up, then expect the blame to fall to you. 9. Upon leaving the company you will be cheated out of your holiday pay, after being told you will definitely receive it to your face. The list could go on, in summary this company made me feel completely worthless and knocked my confidence severely. The micromanagement had me doubting my own skills and experience, i ended up feeling like i couldn't do anything right and if i should even continue in the industry. Towards the end of my employment I was suffering from anxiety, which i never have done before. I wasn't sleeping or eating because of the stress the environment placed me under.

Pros

Literally really nothing, this place was horrible and HONESTLY did, NORMALIZE crying while on the Job because of stress

Cons

I joined this company after recently graduating with a degree in Design from a prestigious university. RUN FOR THE HILLS! I “unfortunately ignored” the negative reviews for this company but THEY ARE COMPLETE FACT. I found myself crying in the BATHROOM OFTEN because I apparently “ didn’t take enough notes, didn’t listen well” these “managers” are legacy managers and defend each other over YOU PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! I don’t even post comments online but I do not want someone to experience what I did. P.s even though I was hired as Product Development Assistant, I was FORCED as a “new employee” to go and get food for the owner at lunch everyday so yeah you are a CEO secutaty also. Another “fun” time was when I was called from working to “get ring OF THE FLIES “ in the CEO office.. which resulted in me ACTUALLY HAVING to hang FLY STRIPS al over there! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!
