Labor workers in the factory are hired, fired and rehired regularly. No benefits for factory workers who often work in unsafe conditions. Some workers haven't received a wage increase in over 6 years. Owner constantly uses verbal profanitities to voice his opinions, and there is a prevailing culture of fear and mistrust in both factory and administrative employees. The constant turnover rate also has translated into product safety issues, no one follows up on adhering to EPA and other consumer safety regulations.
