Salary, some benefits, S1 Analysts and most same level colleagues are alright

I mean there aren't going to be much more hire's going forward, most of the company are at threat of redundancy (except the inflated egos of anyone above an S2). Nobody listens to complaints until it's too late, very cliquey in circles. You can achieve solid 10 scoring from your team for support and management style but then get told you have to put people on plans for pointless reasons. Management have favourites and are generally timid when it comes to confrontation and general employee wellbeing.
