Not worth the stress - Customer Service Advisor Santander Employee Review

Not supportive if wanting to move into a head office position. Advisors (Mortgage, Business, Personal, and Select Managers) can be lazy and expect the CSAs to do all the leg work for them. Insulting pay given the work load you can be expected to do e.g. regularly staying after contracted hours. Some colleagues/managers tend to act beyond their station or can’t be bothered which makes for a non-collaborative work environment. Bonus structure is laughable given the bank is supposedly doing well.
