      Pros

      One of the greatest supervisors I've ever had, but he retired. No micro management. Great deal on newspapers. It can be fun if you let it.

      Cons

      Flawed commission system so you get shorted or pay out of pocket due to system errors. Older staff so they're grumpy. Despite being old, some staff acts like they're in high school and aren't afraid to gossip, create drama and start cliques. Expensive insurance.

      Descent pay. Some fun people.

      With the subscriptions dropping consistently, and no major attempts to raise the numbers, this newspaper is about to fold.
