      Company is positioned in a very fortunate position as the industry is craving sustainable products that also offer high-performance. Big investments in R&D as they continue to develop products that lead the market. When you manufacture class leading products and develop entirely new categories, it's easy to sell + an exciting industry to dive into.

      Cons

      Must be a well rounded problem solver + able to switch gears between marketing strategies to architectural channel to log & timber accounts to retail channel and technical advisement.

      Sansin is a leader in enviro friendly wood finishing and the wood building industry is growing - sales reps have a great opportunity to grow with the company and achieve exciting sales goals. Nice customers. Great branding and merchandising. Product is highly valued and respected in the industry. For those who like fast paced, high growth settings.

      With any high growth company, change is to be expected and so it's for those who can adapt and are flexible in a fast changing industry.

      Great products that perform. Budding company that is growing. They really let you be successful if you apply yourself.

      Cons

      Travel is over 50% and territories are very large. Lots of paperwork.
