Woderful brands but poor management - Anonymous employee Sanrio Employee Review

The management is terrible - there's no opportunities to growth within the company, would it be an increase of salary or of role. There's no team mentality and it's everyone for itself. It's really a shame as the brands are beautiful and should be a pleasure to work with.
