Easy to work with iconic brand

No pros. A job which added to little pay.

The organization within the company was severely lacking. Projects were often poorly communicated, leading to confusion and unnecessary stress. It seemed there was no clear direction, and priorities shifted constantly. Most concerning was the company's approach to workload, I found working long hours for little money and not to mention the micromanagement. Promises of bonuses which were not received and a real shame because I completely respected the brand before working for Sanrio. I now can't stand the the sight of Hello Kitty since it reminds me of such a negative time in my life. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
