Pros
The only good thing about the company is you have lot of freedom in workspace to communicate with colleagues & discuss for any clarification in your work.
Cons
Management is very worse here. The way they calculate your appraisal will definitely give anyone a big shock. The appraisal scale varies from 1k to upto 8k. 1k category employees are those who support the team throughout the year with extended work hours everyday. But employees who get 8k salary hike are those who do smart work like they take the credit of work done by some one else & prove before Project lead & project manager (Bucket politics). So if you are not that good enough in false parsing of PL & PM you will not get recognized by management & so that is how your salary revision scale gets reduced.
