      Honestly not a lot of pros. You get overtime and basic benefits

      -Incompetent Leadership -Withheld salary increases -Had to work from two sites for the same pay -Dealing with management toxicity -Push to get things done but always incorrectly -Management is revenue focused but cares little for improving processes
